One of Those Weeks

Yes, folks, it's been one of those weeks. One of those blah weeks. Haven't felt much like posting. My big realization this week is to see how easy it is to get sucked into the worldview of the Entertainment Industry® living in the LA area. As an artist, it's so easy to start thinking only in terms of what sells. Now, I'm definitely not saying that, as an artist, having a good business head on your shoulders is a bad thing; but you can't forget your art and your passion.

In order to do my small part to fight against Celebrated Mediocrity and Hot Sexy Dreck!, I will leave you with an improvised haiku:

LA smog blows east
And leaves ten million people
Coughing in its wake.
