Yeah, what an ethics nightmare this has turned out to be for KTLA. They've long violated the Trib's code of journalistic ethics and gotten away with it, but things will change now.
Why will things change now?
I didn't see the broadcast, but I heard that one of the KTLA guys referred to Pasadena as "North Pasadena." I thought that was pretty entertaining.
