Don't Mess with South Pas
If there is one thing I applaud about our fair city, it is our appreciation of the subtle intricacies of the English language. In South Pas, it is unlawful to dispose of either litter or rubbish on city property. It does beg the question, though: what about plain old trash?

Interesting observation. Especially since the main use of litter should be a verb. So to dispose of that which you already threw on the ground would take a little more effort than just throwing away the trash to begin with.
Good point, anon. Once we fix the 710 quandry and resolve the redevelopment complexities, we can take on the signage of our town.
