Hobbiton Alley
Here we have what is probably my favorite alley in South Pasadena. When I walk through it, I feel as though I've been transported to the mountains of Kingsport, Tennessee - or even more so, the hills of The Shire.

I thought I knew most of the alleys around here, but I can't find this one. I'm guessing it's either down by Huntington & Fremont or up on Raymond Hill. Could you help with some directions? Thanks.
This alley is on the east side of Fremont between Grevelia and Columbia. And now that I'm zoomed in on Google Maps, I can see that the alley is actually named Buena Vista Lane.
Ahh.. there it is, right off of Fremont Ln. I've always thought that little block looked more like a street in the hills above Berkeley then somewhere in So. Cal. Thanks!
